The University of Central Lancashire, Cyprus (UCLan Cyprus) is the only British University operating in Cyprus, located in Larnaca, in the area of Pyla. Students will thus gain access to British Higher Education in Cyprus, with the choice of studying their programme entirely in Cyprus or transferring for part of their studies to the UK.

Accommodation
Accommodation will be available to all students studying at the University on a full-time basis. The prices vary according to single or shared occupancy, ranging from
€250 - €350 per month/per person. Utilities such as electricity and water are extra and not included in the monthly rent.

Application and Admission Procedures:
Step 1.
- Student sends us a scanned copy of the O-Level result and International Passport. Degree result and transcript are needed for students applying for post graduate or masters programs.
- Student pays legalization, Authentication and Courier fee.
Step 2. Offer Letter is released a week from the date we begin the application. After which students will have to transfer the tuition fee directly into the school account.
Step 3:
Students submit all visa documents to Goldenchips for Legalization and authentication at the Nigerian Immigration, Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. This process takes a minimum of 2 weeks.
Step 4:
Golden chips submits all Legalized and Authenticated documents to the Student.
Step 5
Student will then take the documents to the Cyprus Consuate in Lagos for attestation. This process is done in just one day.
Step 6:
Student submits all these Embassy attested documents to Goldenchips.
Step 7:
Goldenchips posts requested documents to the College for visa approval. Waiting time can be up to 2 months.
Step 8:
When visa approval is out, Goldenchips will contact the student. After which the student will then take his passport to the Cyprus Consulate for visa.
Documents required for Visa;
1. Two photographs
2. Original passport (Minimum of 2 years validity)
3. Undergraduate programmes: Original Senior/High school leaving certificates with grades reports and two sets of attested copies of the original school documents.
Postgraduate programmes: Original Bachelor/Master’s degree with grades reports and two sets of attested copies of the original certificates.
4. Original bank sponsorship letter (certificate) & statement- (minimum equivalent of EUR 7000 balance)
5. Original police character certificate (no criminal record)
6. Original medical certificates- (HIV, Hep B, Hep C, Syphillis & TB)
7. Tuition fees payment receipt from Institution
8. Original bank (money transfer) receipt of the tuition fees payment to the University. The University’s name and account number, and the applicant’s full name must be clearly stated on the receipt.
9. Offer Letter.
N.B- Please note that all students must have a minimum of 2,000 Euros cash-at-hand upon arrival at the airport in Cyprus.
